PhD Scholar in Rural Development in Tribhuvan University, Nepal with over ten years of professional experience in the different development fields - program planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Greater experienced of program planning, monitoring and evaluation working with the Global Fund - Single Stream of Funding (SSF) Round 10 and Round 7 - HIV & AIDS Program. Good communicator and fluent in English and Nepali languages. A team player with familiar on HIV & AIDS Program for Most At Risk Populations (MARPs), Program Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analysis and Data Quality Audit/Assurance (DQA), Routine Data Quality Assurance (RDQA), On-Site-Data Verification (OSDV), DVCT/STI, CHBC, Harm Reduction, Community Care Center(CCC), Post Rehabilitation Care (PRC) & Behavior Change Communication (BCC). Has an ability to strengthen coordination and linkages between non – profit / bi-lateral / multi-lateral organization, P/NGOs and other line agencies at National/Regional level.
